Membership

Football Lettermen can apply for membership by filling out the following information and submitting it to the organization. Once verified you will be notified of your membership acceptance by email.

Recent Grads - Free Subscription period: 3 years, on: February 1st No automatically recurring payments for those one year, immediately following, the last year of collegiate athletic eligibility as a letter winner or, as defined below, an Associate Member (Recent Grad). A Recent Grad shall receive the benefits of Active Membership and will have voting privileges but cannot hold office in the HFLA.

Parents, Spouses - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: February 1st No automatically recurring payments All parents of current and past members of the Cornhusker Football team, spouses, and children of deceased Members.

Active Membership - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: February 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) for UNL letter winners 30 years of age or older; receive the Benefits of Active Membership and can vote and hold office in the HFLA.

Associate Members - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: February 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) For any participant as a member, for a minimum term of two seasons, of the UNL Cornhusker Football team who did not receive a letter. Associate members can receive the benefits of membership, including voting privileges but, not hold an office.

Young Letterwinners - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: February 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) – for letter winners under the age of 30; receive the Benefits of Active Membership and can vote and hold office in the HFLA.

Life Member - $1,000.00 (USD) Subscription period: Unlimited any Young Letter winner, Active member or Associate member who makes a one-time membership payment to the HFLA in the amount of
